The short version: the site is documentation you may read freely, the product is sold through a merchant of record under the license terms, and refunds follow the policy written on the pricing page rather than a hidden one.
The documentation, guides, experiments and sample data on this site are provided as is, for information. We correct errors when we find them and the pages change as the product does. The published datasets carry their own stated licenses on their pages.
Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for the transaction: your contract of sale is with them, under their terms of sale, and your card details go to them, never to us. What you buy is a license to the software, granted by us under the license terms.
If the plugin does not work as documented on a supported setup and we cannot make it work, you get a full refund: write to hello@getnameframe.com. Changing your mind is not a refund reason, because every kind of output the plugin makes is published for evaluation before purchase. Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected and are handled at checkout.
Do not scrape the site into a product, republish its pages as your own, or probe the infrastructure. Quoting with attribution is welcome; that is what the documentation is for.
To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with the site or the product is limited to what you paid us. The software’s own warranty terms are in the license, including the measured failure rates we publish instead of promising perfection.
