Short, because there is little to disclose: this is a static site with no analytics scripts and no cookies of ours. What follows is everything it does collect, who processes it, and how to reach us about it.
Browsing sets no cookies of ours and loads no analytics or tracking scripts. The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages and protect against abuse, as any host does; we do not use that data to identify visitors.
If you enter your email in the subscribe form, we store that address with Brevo, our email provider, and use it to tell you about releases. Nothing else is attached to it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and writing to hello@getnameframe.com gets the address deleted entirely.
Checkout and payment are handled by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for the transaction. Your card details go to them, never to us, under their own privacy policy. We receive what delivery and support need: your email address and the order itself.
Mail sent to hello@getnameframe.com stays in our mailbox and is used to answer you. Ask and we delete the thread.
The plugin runs locally and does not send your scenes, datasets or usage anywhere. A support bundle exists, its contents are written down before you send one, and sending one is always a deliberate action on your side.
Access, correction and deletion requests go to hello@getnameframe.com and are honoured without a form or a waiting period. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
